Getting Started

5 questions

How long is the free trial, and do I need a credit card?

Trial lengths vary by plan: Create is 3 days, Pipeline is 5 days, and Pro is 7 days. You do need a credit card to start the trial so we can roll you over automatically if you don't cancel โ€” but you can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

We do trials this way (rather than gated demos or sales calls) because we want you to see real generated content, captured leads, and auto-published posts before deciding. The credit card requirement keeps us focused on serious operators.

What's the difference between Create, Pipeline, and Pro?

Create ($99/mo) is the content toolkit โ€” Blog, Email, SEO, Stock, and SocialLite (manual social). Best for shops that need content help but already have leads coming in.

Pipeline ($219/mo) is the focused leads plan โ€” LeadsMagic for visitor identification + AI dossiers + 3-month nurture, plus EmailMagic (both modes). Best for shops with steady website traffic that aren't capturing leads.

Pro ($349/mo) is everything โ€” all 6 apps including SocialMagic for autonomous publishing. Best for shops that want the full marketing OS running on autopilot.

See the full comparison on the pricing page.

Are there setup fees or annual contracts?

No setup fees. No annual contracts. No long-term commitments. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime.

If you want to commit annually for a discount, contact us โ€” we can work something out for committed customers, but it's not the default and we don't push you toward it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. If you cancel during your trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel mid-month after billing, you keep access through the end of your billing period.

No "sorry to see you go" retention games, no support tickets required to cancel.

What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my data?

You have 30 days after cancellation to export your leads, generated content, and any campaign data through the dashboard. After 30 days, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Content you've already published (social posts that went live, blog posts you've copied to your CMS) stays where it is. You own the output.

Product & How It Works

5 questions

What is Pryntbase, in one sentence?

The marketing operating system built specifically for commercial print companies โ€” vertical AI pre-trained on the print industry that captures leads, publishes social, writes blog content, sends emails, runs SEO, and provides stock photography, automatically.

What does 'vertical AI' actually mean?

Generic AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) don't know what a 13-oz vinyl banner is. They don't know the difference between offset and digital, the seasonality of a quick-print shop versus a packaging converter, or the typical sales cycle for a $50,000 commercial account.

Pryntbase is trained specifically on commercial print โ€” products, vocabulary, customer types, sales cycles, and content patterns that actually work in the industry. Every output is shaped by that vertical knowledge, not generic marketing-speak.

Does it really run on its own once I set it up?

The autonomous apps (LeadsMagic and SocialMagic) do, yes. Once you connect your website, social accounts, and CRM, LeadsMagic identifies visitors, builds dossiers, and runs nurture sequences without you touching it. SocialMagic generates and publishes branded posts to your social channels on a perpetual cadence.

The on-demand tools (Blog, Email, SEO, Stock, SocialLite) need you to trigger them โ€” but each run takes minutes and the output is ready-to-publish.

What you don't have to do: write briefs for an agency, review drafts, manage a content calendar, hire a social media manager, or do any of the manual marketing work that print shops typically outsource.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies bill hours and retainers โ€” typically $3,000-$8,000/month for a print-marketing engagement. Software doesn't bill hours. Pryntbase is $99-$349/month and produces ongoing output.

The other difference: agency outputs are limited by the people running them. Pryntbase outputs scale โ€” generating 30 social posts in a month or 5 takes the same effort, and the AI doesn't have off days.

Agencies are still better for one-off campaigns, brand design work, or strategy consulting. Pryntbase is built for ongoing, programmatic marketing.

Will the output sound generic or AI-written?

Honest answer: it depends on how much you customize it.

Out of the box, the AI is trained on your shop's specifics (products, services, brand voice, customer types) during onboarding โ€” so even default output is more specific than generic AI. But you can also edit any output before publishing, give the AI custom voice guidelines, or feed it your own example content to learn from.

Customers who put 30 minutes into voice-tuning during setup get noticeably better output. We recommend it.

LeadsMagic

6 questions

Who does LeadsMagic identify when someone visits my site?

LeadsMagic identifies the individual person visiting your site โ€” their name, work email, job title, LinkedIn URL โ€” plus the company they work for. Same data your sales team would pull from Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit when prospecting, just triggered automatically by site traffic.

Identification works for roughly 40-60% of B2B visitors. The rest are home networks, mobile carriers, or unidentifiable connections โ€” no tool can capture those.

What's actually in an AI dossier?

For each identified visitor, the dossier includes:

  • Person: Name, work email, job title, seniority, LinkedIn profile
  • Company: Name, industry, employee count, revenue band, location, website, recent news
  • Visit context: Which pages they viewed, time spent, products they showed interest in
  • Likely print needs: AI-inferred based on industry, size, and visit patterns

It's the kind of research a good SDR would do manually โ€” just done instantly, for every captured lead.

Will LeadsMagic work for a direct-to-consumer print shop?

No. LeadsMagic identifies B2B visitors โ€” people coming from work email domains and identifiable business contexts. If your business is primarily direct-to-consumer (wedding invitations, family photo books, etc.), LeadsMagic won't capture meaningful data because consumer visitors don't carry the same identifying signals.

If 80%+ of your work is B2B (commercial accounts, agencies, organizations), Pipeline and Pro are built for you. If you're primarily D2C, Create is the better fit since it focuses on content rather than lead capture.

What CRMs and MIS systems does LeadsMagic integrate with?

CRM & Email (OAuth 2.0): HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Constant Contact

Print MIS: Printavo, EFI PrintSmith, PlanProphet (via Salesforce), printIQ, PrintLogic. Print PLANR support coming.

If you use a system not listed, contact us โ€” we add new integrations regularly based on customer demand.

How accurate is the identification data?

Identification data is industry-standard accurate โ€” roughly 85-92% match rate. Dossier research is sourced from current public data (LinkedIn profiles, company sites, business directories), so it's as accurate as the source material.

We flag low-confidence identifications and let you exclude them from nurture sequences. We'd rather show you fewer real leads than more questionable ones.

How many leads can I expect per month?

Depends on your traffic and visitor mix. A print shop with 1,500 monthly visitors and a typical B2B mix sees 40-80 identified leads per month, with 15-25 qualified for active sales outreach.

Higher-traffic sites capture proportionally more. The longer LeadsMagic runs, the more comprehensive your captured pool becomes โ€” visitors who return get matched with prior visits and added to nurture.

Content Tools

7 questions

Can I edit content before it publishes?

Yes for the on-demand tools (Blog, Email, SEO, SocialLite) โ€” you see every output before it goes anywhere.

For SocialMagic (the autonomous publishing app), posts publish on the schedule you set unless you turn on review mode, which holds posts for your approval before publishing. Review mode adds work but gives you full control.

Most customers run review mode for the first 30 days, then switch to fully autonomous once they trust the output.

Do I own the content Pryntbase generates?

Yes. Anything generated for your shop โ€” blog posts, emails, social posts, SEO content โ€” is yours. You can edit, publish, repurpose, or take it with you if you ever leave.

For StockMagic photography, you have unlimited use rights for as long as you're a customer. After cancellation, anything you already used stays in place; you just stop accessing the library for new images.

What CMS platforms does BlogMagic work with?

BlogMagic exports clean HTML and Markdown that works with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, HubSpot, and any CMS that accepts standard HTML. For WordPress and HubSpot specifically, we have direct API publishing โ€” your post is in your drafts folder with one click.

If you copy-paste from the Pryntbase dashboard, formatting stays clean across virtually any CMS.

How often does SocialMagic publish?

Default cadence is 4-6 posts per platform per week, but you can adjust to your preference. We don't recommend going below 3 posts per week per platform (the algorithm penalizes inconsistent posting) or above 2 per day (audience fatigue).

SocialMagic publishes to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. You can enable any combination โ€” most shops run all four.

Can SocialMagic create posts in my brand voice?

Yes. During setup, you provide brand voice guidelines (formal/casual, technical/accessible, etc.) and example posts you like. SocialMagic learns from those and applies your voice to all generated content.

You can also feed it specific products, services, or campaigns to weight more heavily in its content mix. It learns continuously from engagement data on your existing posts.

How many photos are in StockMagic?

12,400+ print-industry photos across 40+ categories โ€” pressroom, finishing, prepress, digital, wide-format, sign and display, packaging, mailing, promotional, and more. Categorized by product and subproduct so finding what you need is fast.

Pro plan also includes AI image generation โ€” describe what you want and Pryntbase creates print-specific imagery on demand.

Can I use StockMagic images on my website and ads?

Yes. All StockMagic images include unlimited commercial use rights for your shop โ€” social media, your website, ads, printed collateral, anywhere. No additional licensing fees.

All images are owned by Pryntbase and licensed to you for your use. You can't resell the images as stock photography, but using them in your marketing is unlimited.

Setup & Onboarding

4 questions

How long does setup take?

About 20 minutes for the initial setup โ€” connecting your website, social accounts (if on Pipeline or Pro), and basic shop information.

Voice-tuning and brand customization adds another 30-45 minutes and is worth doing thoroughly. Most customers see their first generated content, captured leads, or auto-published posts within 24-48 hours of activation.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Setup is point-and-click โ€” connect accounts with OAuth, fill in shop info, choose voice and frequency preferences. No code, no API keys to manage, no developer required.

If you can use Facebook Business Manager or HubSpot, you can set up Pryntbase.

Do you do the setup for me?

Pro customers get a guided onboarding call where one of our team walks through setup with you. Pipeline and Create customers can request onboarding help via support โ€” we're happy to jump on a call if you're stuck.

Most customers self-serve the setup; the dashboard is intentionally designed to make it obvious what to do next.

What if my website is on an unusual platform?

LeadsMagic works on any website where you can install a JavaScript snippet โ€” WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, custom builds, anything. The snippet is one line and goes in the page head.

If your platform is locked down (some old custom builds, ancient CMS), contact us before signing up. We'll verify it works before charging you.

Billing & Plans

5 questions

Can I switch plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrade and the new features unlock immediately, with prorated billing. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next billing cycle (you keep the higher plan's features through the end of the period you paid for).

Is SocialMagic available standalone if I'm on the Create plan?

Yes. SocialMagic is available as a $149/mo add-on for Create or Pipeline customers, or $199/mo as a standalone product if you only want autonomous social.

Add-on math: Pipeline ($219) + SocialMagic add-on ($149) = $368, vs Pro ($349) which includes everything. If you want both LeadsMagic and SocialMagic, Pro is the better deal.

How many team members can use Pryntbase?

Create: 2 user seats. Pipeline: 5 user seats. Pro: Unlimited team seats.

Each seat gets their own login, role permissions, and activity history. Standard role types include Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer.

Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel during your trial, you're not charged. If something goes wrong in your first 30 days as a paying customer, contact us โ€” we'll work with you to make it right, which often means a refund or credit depending on the situation.

We don't do automatic 30-day money-back guarantees as a marketing gimmick, but we don't strand customers either.

Does pricing change as my shop grows?

No. Your price stays locked at the rate you signed up for, for as long as you're a customer. We don't do usage-based pricing or "you've grown, your bill goes up" surprises.

If you outgrow your plan's feature set, upgrading is at the public rate at that time. But we don't change pricing on existing customers.

Support

4 questions

How fast do you respond to support requests?

Create & Pipeline: Standard support, typically within 1 business day Monday-Friday.

Pro: Priority support, typically within 4 business hours during business days.

All plans get email support. Pro gets a direct Slack channel if you prefer that.

Is there training or documentation?

Yes. Full documentation lives in your dashboard, organized by app. There are also short how-to videos for every common workflow (under 3 minutes each โ€” we know your time is limited).

Pro plan includes access to monthly group strategy calls where we walk through best practices and answer questions live.

Who actually runs this company?

Pryntbase is run by Alyssa Summers (CEO) from St. Louis and John Bracamontes (CMO) from Iowa City. Both have over a decade of experience working with print companies on online marketing.

The team behind the platform is small and accessible โ€” when you email support, you're reaching actual operators, not a tier-1 outsourced help desk. Read more on the about page.

I have a question that isn't covered here.

No problem โ€” that's what we're here for. Send us a message through the contact page or email info@pryntbase.com. For pre-sales questions, the contact form has a topic dropdown that routes you to the right person.
