Will my emails sound like AI?

If you write a one-line prompt and hit send, anything will. The trick with EmailMagic is the same as with the rest of the platform: it captures your shop's voice during onboarding, so the default tone matches how your shop actually talks. For sales emails, it pulls in lead context so the email refers to real things โ€” their company, their industry, what they looked at โ€” instead of generic AI hedging.

Most customers say sales emails from EmailMagic get higher reply rates than the ones they used to write themselves, because they're actually personalized and they get sent (instead of sitting in drafts).

What's the difference between Marketing mode and Sales mode?

Marketing mode writes to a list โ€” campaigns, newsletters, promos. The tone is broader, the CTA is usually "reply" or "book a call," and the email is sent to many people simultaneously through your email platform.

Sales mode writes to a person โ€” one-to-one outreach, follow-ups, cold prospects. The tone is conversational, the email feels personal, and it's sent directly from your inbox (or pushed to your CRM as a draft).

How does EmailMagic use the leads from LeadsMagic?

On Pipeline and Pro, the two tools share context. When you pull up a captured lead in LeadsMagic and click "Draft Sales Email," EmailMagic gets the full dossier โ€” company, industry, pages visited, contact role, likely needs. It uses all of that to write a personalized first-touch email or follow-up.

On Create, EmailMagic still works for sales emails, but you'd manually paste in the recipient's context instead of pulling it from LeadsMagic.

Why does Create only include Marketing mode?

Sales mode's main value comes from lead context, which lives in LeadsMagic. Without LeadsMagic, sales-mode emails would be writing to recipients EmailMagic doesn't know โ€” which means it's mostly just generating cold-outreach templates, which any AI can do.

Create is for shops that want content tools, not lead-driven sales motions. If sales emails are a job you care about, Pipeline or Pro is the right fit.

What email platforms does it integrate with?

Marketing campaigns push to Mailchimp and Constant Contact via OAuth (the two we natively integrate with). Sales emails can be sent directly from your Gmail or Outlook, or pushed to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho) as a draft for you to send from there.

Can I edit the generated emails?

Yes โ€” everything is editable inline before sending. Change a subject line, swap a paragraph, adjust the CTA. You can also click "regenerate" to get a different version with a different angle or tone.

Most customers edit lightly for the first 1-2 weeks, then trust the output and edit rarely after that.

How many emails can I generate per month?
