We built the platform that fills that gap, priced so any print shop in America can afford it.

Our Story

Why Pryntbase had to exist.

The print industry didn't need another marketing tool. It needed one built specifically for print companies โ€” priced for their reality, trained on their language.

We spent years running an agency that worked with print companies. The pattern was always the same: print shops had the people in-house who knew the business better than anyone โ€” owners, operators, sales reps who could quote a job, recommend the right substrate, and close a $50,000 commercial account in one conversation.

What they didn't have was the technical skill set to run modern online marketing โ€” SEO, lead capture, autonomous social, AI-driven content. That gap was costing them real money. Customers were searching online and choosing competitors who showed up first.

Most print companies tried hiring agencies to close the gap. But here's the problem: agencies that understand print are rare, and the ones that exist charge $5,000+ per month. The math doesn't work for a typical $2M-$15M print shop running on thin margins.

The industry needed software, not services. A platform that any print shop in America could afford and run themselves โ€” pre-trained on the industry, opinionated about what works.

So we built it. Pryntbase pulls the marketing know-how out of agencies, encodes it in software, and hands it to print shops at a price they can actually pay. Six tools, vertical AI trained specifically on commercial print, set-once-and-forget automation for the things that should run on their own.

The founders have over 12 years of experience doing this work specifically for printers.
